Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails.
- To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
- To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.
- To assist in e-claim receipt update & register medical claims.
- To assist in scanning documents and disposal exercise.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and

when required.

**Important to your success**

Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics,
Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies
- Applicant must be willing to work in Penang Branch.
- Minimum 3 months’ internship period.
- Preferably to commence in August 2025.
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
