Technician (A0)

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Support superior on new machine setup from installation to operation.
- Conduct machine performance monitoring, breakdown analysis and carry out improvement activity.
- Responsible for repairing and maintaining the mechanical and electrical of all facilities, machine, operational equipment, and safety equipment by keeping a routine servicing schedule.
- Responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to reduce machinery down time.
- Perform the preventive maintenance activity for entire plant utilities equipment and machinery.
- To maintain workshop, personal tools and equipment in working and safe condition.
- Improving and maintaining high standard of 5S.
- Responsible for substation and control panel switching, earth leakage calibration with vendor and attend meeting with visiting engineer.
- Ensure all electrical installation is according to Suruhanjaya Tenaga rules and regulation.
- Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.
- Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Electrical Power, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Chargeman (A0-A4) Certificate By Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia (**Compulsory**).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
