**ROLE SUMMARY**

As Store Manager, you'll be the heart of the store, leading your team, serving customers, and ensuring everything runs with excellence. You’ll play a crucial role in growing our brand reputation, hitting sales goals, and shaping a positive team culture. This is not just a job it’s a stepping stone toward future area leadership roles as we expand.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales & Customer Experience**
- Achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service — online and offline
- Lead by example in product knowledge, styling advice, and handling objections
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and great service

**Store Operations**
- Handle daily operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and scheduling
- Maintain visual standards — clean, styled displays that reflect our modern brand
- Coordinate with HQ for promotions, marketing campaigns and deliveries
- Monitor customer inquiries via WhatsApp and ensure prompt responses

**Inventory & Reporting**
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and weekly cycle counts
- Ensure all items are tagged, arranged, and stored properly (preventing tarnish/damage)
- Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and performance reports to HQ

**Team Management**
- Train, guide and support retail assistants in sales, product knowledge, and SOP
- Create a culture of accountability, fun, and professionalism
- Assist with recruitment and training for new team members as we scale

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Retail background in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or gifting is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- High personal grooming standards with a friendly, confident attitude
- Comfortable working on retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Tech-savvy: familiar with POS systems, WhatsApp communication & basic reporting tools

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Location**: Ampang
**Salary Range**: RM3,500 - RM6,000 (based on experience)
**Commission**: Yes - personal & store target based
**Start Date**: Immediate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
