**Brief Description**

Basically this person will be assisting me to face and manage all existing export customers enquiry+orders, followed by communication with internal team + external shipping agents or customs to fulfil the order. To assist finance team to follow up with customers payment. Will be based in Malaysia with occasional travel.

Preference is for someone to have at least 2 years of experience dealing with logistics partner (export) and has to have F&B food Manufacturing experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Growthwell Group is looking for an individual to join our sales team for our Plant-Based Food segment as we continue to expand our market share.
- Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
- Co-ordinate & Negotiate with a variety of people, such as Customers, Operations Team, Shippers, Agents and Customs.
- Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
- Familiarity in ensuring that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
- Setting up meetings with clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with local & international laws and regulations governing the food export industry
- Proven experience or relevant role
- Proficient in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passionate about sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- English (preferred)
