JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Strategic Planning & Development
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize program revenue
- Create partnership proposals aligned with program themes and audience demographics.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Liaise with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with finance and legal departments for budgeting and contract management.
Market Research & Reporting
- Analyse market trends and audience data to identify potential commercial opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring ROI for program to be monetized.
REQUIREMENTS:

Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of media industry metrics (e.g., ratings, CPM, ROI).
- Knowledge of advertising trends and brand integration strategies.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with advanced design and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics).
