Job Description: - 1. Perform Inter-Hub Transportation Responsible for transporting parcels from the origin hub (e.g. Melaka) to the destination hub (e.g. Shah Alam) according to scheduled routes and timings. 2. Ensure Vehicle Readiness Perform daily vehicle inspections before departure (e.g. tires, brakes, fuel, lights). Ensure the lorry is clean and roadworthy at all times. 3. Parcel Handling & Security Safely load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trolleys). Ensure parcels are handled with care to prevent damages or losses. Ensure the lorry is securely locked during transit and while unattended. 4. Adhere to Schedule Follow delivery timelines strictly to ensure on-time arrivals and departures between hubs. Notify the supervisor immediately in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances. 5. Documentation & Reporting Verify and complete delivery documents (e.g. manifest, delivery notes). Report any parcel discrepancies, vehicle issues, or route problems to the operations team. 6. Compliance with Safety & Traffic Regulations Obey all road safety laws and company policies. Wear proper safety attire (e.g. safety shoes, vest) as required. 7. Coordinate with Hub Staff Maintain good communication with the hub teams during loading and unloading. Follow instructions from dispatchers or operation leads. 8. Support Emergency or Ad-Hoc Runs (if required) Willing to perform extra trips or reroutes during peak season or urgent requests.
