Your main scope of learning and **responsibilities** as an Operations Intern include:

- assist in the planning and implementation of new processes, SOPs and systems
- assisting in reviewing existing processes and systems, to analyze and improve on efficiencies
- updating, creating and recording new SOPs and Manuals
- understanding the day-to-day operations of the restaurant operations and
- suggesting ways of improving efficiencies and effectiveness
- assisting in hiring, training and onboarding of new staff
- assisting in supply chain management, purchasing, inventory

**What you need**:

- must be familiar using Microsoft excel, Presentation, Doc
- have good organizational skills
- have good communication skills
- ability to work unsupervised
- willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
