**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and sort incoming parcels according to SOP.
- Ensure proper handling, documentation, and scanning of all shipments.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipment processes.
- Oversee daily parcel delivery and pickup performance.
- Conduct physical checks on parcels at the warehouse.
- Handle customer complaints related to parcel handling or delays.
- Supervise warehouse staff performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Support training and skill development for sorting and scanning tasks.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all shipments.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related supervisory role.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with parcel scanning systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on Saturdays (half-day).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
