**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Support in managing social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content that reflects the company’s brand and marketing strategies.

**Video Production**: Contribute to the planning, filming, and editing of videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

**Research**: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to bring new, innovative ideas to your work.

**Analytics**: Track and evaluate content performance across platforms, providing actionable insights for optimization.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and campaigns.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer or social media specialist.
- Technical proficiency in social media platforms and tools for effective content management and publishing.
- Strong brand awareness and understanding of brand reputation management.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages is a must.
- Experience in the Agencies or Partnership industry will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
