Job Summary:
The Admin Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling financial data and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
1. Manage office operations, including maintaining records, filing, and correspondence.

2. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.

3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Accounting Duties:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

2. Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

3. Monitor and track expenses to ensure budget adherence.

4. Support in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.

5. Prepare financial reports and assist with audits when required.

6. Maintain proper documentation for tax filing and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,403.95 - RM2,865.22 per month

Schedule:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
