1. **Financial Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

2. **Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform variance analysis, profitability reviews, and cost controls.
- Prepare consolidated group reporting (if part of a group of companies).

3. **Costing & Pricing Support (Specific to Medical Equipment)**
- Monitor and control product costing, including landed cost, assembly, and maintenance services.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies and margin optimization.
- Ensure cost transparency in compliance with healthcare tender or government procurement policies.

4. **Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding needs.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure optimal use of credit facilities and internal liquidity.

5. **Compliance, Tax & Audit**
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS), tax regulations, and medical device industry requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies (e.g. MDA, MOH).
- Lead internal audits and risk management initiatives.

6. **Team Leadership & System Improvement**
- Lead and develop a finance team (accounting, AR/AP, tax, etc.).
- Streamline financial processes and implement ERP or automation improvements.
- Work closely with operations and regulatory departments on cross-functional initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certification such as
- **ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA membership**

is highly preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **5-7 years** in a finance or accounting role, with at least **3 years in a managerial capacity**.
- **Prior experience in medical equipment, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing** is a strong advantage.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MDA (Medical Device Authority) or ISO 13485 compliance is a plus.
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
