Smt Maintenance Technician

Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line. - Responsible & lead for the Preventive Maintenance for the respected line. - Continue improve material lost and scrap reduction. - Quality yield Improvement, root cause analysis and troubleshooting. - To set-up all SMT equipment as per production’s running model. - Support in engineering expenses management and control. - Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required (5S +3T). - SMT equipment spare part management. - Run NPI (New Product Introduction) & trouble shoot component definitions feeder assignments and other functions required to set up a first-time run on the placement equipment. - To support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery - Involve in kaizen activity to improve production efficiency. - Prepare validation document for the SMT equipment. - Perform Calibration, CpK & GR&R for SMT equipment. - Responsible installation, movement & scrap activities Follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies. - May perform equipment modifications as any other task assigned by superior from time to time. **Requirements**: - Diploma/ Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - 2 to 4 years of working experiences in SMT MAINTENANCE is required for this position. - Fresh graduate are encourage to apply **Additional Information**: Company Industry: Manufacturer Working Location: Prai, Penang Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Click on "**APPLY NOW**”, if you are interest in this position.
