**Key Responsibilities**: - Client Engagement: Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering and communicating their requirements to internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service. - Project Delivery**: Coordinate the delivery of telecom network connectivity services, managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation. - Vendor Collaboration**: Work with third-party vendors to secure necessary equipment and services, fostering strong relationships to enhance project outcomes. - Support & Coordination**: Collaborate closely with technical teams and vendors to facilitate service delivery and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. - Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on progress, helping to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations. - Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional services. **Requirements**: - Have Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in project delivery within the telecom, IT, software development, or digital marketing sectors is an added advantage. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end project processes and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a knack for problem-solving. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. **Additional Details: - ** - **Working Hour**: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM - **Location**:The Strand, Kota Damansara - **Contract**: 12 Months Duration - **Headcount**: 3 **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday
