**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in the SPA & Wellness industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership experience (must have led a team of 10+ members)
- Fast learner with good computer skills
- Language Requirements: English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must), Mandarin (Optional but an advantage)
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily spa activities and uphold service standards
- Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate spa concierge and therapist teams, including scheduling and performance tracking
- Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints across branches professionally and consistently
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with spa vendors to ensure operational smoothness and quality
- Sales & Promotion: Drive service and product promotions, working toward outlet sales targets
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory checks
- Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained
- Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and skill-based training for new and existing staff
- Group Sales & Events: Manage corporate and group bookings, from initial contact to on-site coordination

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
