Credit Collection Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Work together with the team on collection of receivables and ensure that sufficient fund for monthly payroll
- Manage cashflow and collection forecasting
- Consistently follow-up with internal staff and external clients on invoices discrepancies/disputes, to ensure that they are resolved, and outstanding invoices are collected
- Ensure timely collection from clients and participate actively to resolve outstanding invoices
- Achieve the DSO target and collections target every month
- To minimize debts written off
- Attend monthly meetings with branch manager to discuss overdue debts
- Ensure AR Reports and customer trackers are updated accurately with comments
- Daily updating of receipt books with daily collections
- Filing of daily remittance advice from client and records must be tallied with the receipts book
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Professional certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in AR/ Collection
- Experience working on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment - Citrix and virtual meeting/ discussion
- Making inbound and outbound call from/ to customer in other country for collection/ billing dispute
- Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office, advanced Excel skills is an added advantage.
- Experience in operations for other country is an added advantage.
- Experience in transition - knowledge transfer
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 is an added advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 6.30am - 3.30pm (Follow Australia time)
