**Position Title: Education Counsellor (Sales)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive **new student recruitment** by contacting and counselling prospective students.
- Support **existing students** by encouraging their progression to the next stage of their education.
- Meet or exceed **sales targets** set by the management team.
- Organize and manage departmental **events** such as Open Days and Public Exhibitions.
- Execute **sales activities and initiatives** to strengthen and upscale the performance of the team.
- Develop and maintain strong **relationships with customers and stakeholders**.
- Take on **additional tasks** as assigned by the reporting line manager.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in line with **departmental policies and systems**.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor’s Degree** in any field is preferred.
- Prior **experience in Sales or the Education industry** is an advantage.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems**, especially Salesforce or similar tools.
- Proficient in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**. Ability to speak **Mandarin or Tamil** is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and open-minded demeanor.
- Comfortable working with **technology and numbers** (digitally and numerically literate).
- A genuine **passion for education**. Understanding of the Malaysian education system is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and **strive for success**.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
