Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
- Ordering office supplies & maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
- Office paperworks preparations (ie Letters /Notices /Meeting Agenda /Forms Creation /etc...).
- Quotation sourcing.
- Follow up issues assigned until solved.
- Basic account (Receipts issuing /PVs issuing /Bank Recon /etc...)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
