**About Us**
- Responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits operations, including expatriate management such as payroll, taxation, and mobility coordination
- Familiar with end to end payroll processes including overtime, allowances, deductions, and final pay
- Good knowledge of Malaysian regulation, tax law, statutory requirements and processes
- Accountable to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and delivery as per Payroll schedule; calendar of activities and overall data integrity of HR master data in the Payroll system
- Partner with Internal Super User to perform the monthly reconciliation data audit between the Payroll system
- Maintain accurate and updated record management for employee master data
- Liaising with local government statutory bodies such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO
- Liaising with external vendors such as insurance providers, medical panels, wellness perks etc.
- To collate and compile reports for department and management
- Able to supervise work of subordinates and guide them, resolve issues, and serve as a link between subordinates and upper management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per required by the manager

**Job Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of working experience in payroll or accounting background from any industry
- Diploma or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or any other related fields
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin. **Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory** as the role requires communicating with Chinese stakeholders
- SHRM - CP, CIPD, AHRI certification preferable
- Good with data and tools - pivot tables, formulas, spreadsheets

Working location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working days and hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
