As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as **Associate, Business Support (GEGM Melaka Branch)**

**The Role**
- Customer Service incl. all attending incoming enquiry, submission and business related request from both walk-in and call-in
- Bridge business document between departments i.e. document incl. payment batching to GELM
- Ensure quality submission -document / payment received are in proper order and, properly processed ( within expectation )
- Ensure risks accepted within authority limit and/or guidelines and also, meeting Company's risks appetite

**Qualifications**
- Degree in business and/or any relevant field
- Good communication skills both in verbal and written
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
