**About the Role**: We are urgently seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Support Specialist for our client in Cyberjaya. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to dive into IT support and gain valuable hands-on experience.

**What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)**:

- **Technical Assistance**: Provide support to users experiencing system issues, assisting with account setup, login problems, and password resets.
- **User Guidance**: Offer guidance on effectively using system features and functionalities.
- **Issue Tracking**: Document and track user-reported issues and resolutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- **Knowledge Update**: Stay updated with system updates, upgrades, and changes.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Maintain a positive, customer-oriented attitude in all user interactions, answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- **Additional Support**: Perform any additional tasks instructed by management to support the help desk's smooth functioning.

**What do we need from you (Job Requirements)**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or degree holders with 1 year of help desk support experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- **Language Proficiency**: Verbal proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively support end users.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a help desk or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Work Hours**: Shift-based work schedule with options for two 8-hour shifts.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
