We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Billing Analyst to join our team. You will be the key person in to perform billing discrepancy checks and disputes and other various commercial functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- To enable accurate billing, reduce possibility issue credit note and debit note to enhance customer experience
- Prepare monthly summary report for customer’s sales, activities cost and profit.
- Prepare monthly billing summary report.
- Investigate to uncover all billing discrepancies root causes and work out solution to mitigate risk.
- Responsible for Credit account discrepancies/outstanding collection process/
- Improve up/ downstream financial process for SF customers to ensure clear understanding for both parties.
- Support time to time ad-hoc task.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience with Chinese customers or China trade line is a plus.
- Possess a minimum of 1 - 3 year’s prior experience in finance, sales accounting, in the logistics industry is a preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
- Eagerness to learn and possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
