**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage new product introductions from R&D through to Production Release, ensuring transfer goals are met.
- Oversee production scheduling, on-time delivery commitments, product cost management, process lead time improvements, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with factory teams to implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for lean, cost-efficient processes in new programs.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction in backlog commitments, manufacturing performance, product quality, IPH cost, and responsiveness.
- Ensure full site readiness in terms of **4M: Man, Material, Machine, and Method**.
- Coordinate and prepare for weekly reviews and phase reviews, ensuring achievement of readiness goals across **Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost, and Time to Ramp**.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of **10 years’ relevant experience** in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to identify organizational needs and successfully lead cross-functional programs or projects.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project.
- Prior experience in **Program Management or Project Management** is highly preferred.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
