A leading global MNC is looking for **Country People and Culture Manager** in shaping and driving the people agenda across the country’s operations. You’ll lead strategic and operational HR functions to ensure alignment with global business goals while championing a strong, inclusive, performance-driven and customer focus culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Operations Manager and team on all people-related matters.
- Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy in alignment with business objectives and global HR frameworks.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive organizational development, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
- Champion employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure ethical conduct.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 - 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in retail or manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in fast-paced, customer-centric industries.
- Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in union management and negotiation is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
