Perform tests on raw materials, body, glaze, and finished products according to established procedures.
- Conduct sampling for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and final quality control checks.
- Prepare, label, and manage test samples to ensure traceability.
- Record and maintain accurate test results using QC forms and databases.
- Report any non-conformities or deviations to supervisors for immediate corrective action.
- Comply with company internal standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant product certification requirements.
- Maintain quality documentation and testing records for audit purposes.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used in accordance with safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in laboratory or QA/QC (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
