Our client is a leading Parking Management Organization dedicated to providing efficient and innovative parking solutions. Our team is committed to excellence in service delivery, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our command centre team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage parking operations through the command centre, ensuring efficient traffic flow and optimal usage of parking spaces.
- Ensure smooth operation of parking facilities through effective coordination and communication.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via phone or intercom.
- Coordinate with on-site staff to resolve any parking-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests.
- Provide real-time updates and reports to management.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall experience for parking facility users.
- Flexibility to travel within the Klang Valley for site visits or operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Prior experience in parking management or command centre operations is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary Package: Basic RM2500
- Additional Shift Allowance: RM300
- Comprehensive Medical Benefits

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
