**Responsibilities**
- Planning, preparing and cooking high quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Lead and oversees all of the cooking operations in the kitchen for ensuring food quality, hygiene and consistency throughout the kitchen operation.
- Ensure proper methods of food preparation and handling.
- Ensure foods storage procedures are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification
- Must have at least 3 years experience in preparing local and western food
- Able to work under pressure and great time management
- Superior leadership capabilities
- Basic idea for food cost, food wastage and food safety
- Willing to travel
- Working hours : 6 days per week (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)

- Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
