With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced **Transport Operations Manager** to oversee our daily logistics operations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily transport operations, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient routing.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
- Supervise a team of drivers and logistics coordinators; monitor performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian road transport laws and regulations (e.g., JPJ, DOSH, etc.).
- Identify operational challenges and implement cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Develop and track KPIs for transport performance, cost control, and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Manage transport maintenance, fuel consumption, toll charges.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, route optimization, and local transportation regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software/transport management systems (TMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Possess valid driving license (Class D/GDL is an advantage).
