What you'll do:
- Manage the Production Department in a safe and cost effective manner while meeting all production and quality targets
- To work together with various departments in ensuring machines are in good running condition, meet all the required specification and quality standard so that finished Goods meets the customer's requirement
- To lead a team of subordinates to meet and exceed operation goals in the area of production output, yield improvement, reduced wastages and enhanced quality standards
- To plan and ensure optimal utilization and management of all available resources and improve line performance
- To Initiate the appropriate preventative measures to eliminate any identified potential causes of non-conformances
- To initiate the appropriate corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conforming products
What do you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Production, Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in F&B manufacturing
- Dynamic and self-starter with initiative to learn and take challenges, self motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess strong people management skill
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in trouble shooting problems relating to production
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess excellent leadership qualities and people management, evaluating and constantly monitoring KPI
- A team player who takes initiative in problem solving and decision making
- Have experience and sound knowledge in managing ISO 9001, HACCP & GMP, FSSC 22000 and HAS
**Salary**: RM96,000.00 - RM156,000.00 per year
