Executive, Flight Operations Training

A Training Administrator/Executive is in charge of all training related matters that will be assigned to the Training and Standards Department
**Duties**
- Reports to the CPTS on all training related administrative issues
- Conducts necessary liaison with Training Planners, Training Disruption and OCC teams with regards to specific training needs when applicable, for example:
i. roster requests from Management
ii. last minute changes from instructors
iii. trainees’ attendance monitoring for specific training qualification/recurrent.
- Monitor the efficiency of planning and last minute changes with regards to simulator utilization. Gives feedback and suggestions to ensure efficiency in planning/changes are maintained
- Handles briefing to new flight crew joining with regards to training processes,documents required and general administration needs
- Attends training related meetings and prepares meeting minutes
- Monitors and ensures training related documents are kept in file
- Prepare training related statistics for flight crew competency monitoring and evidence based training
- Handles communication with relevant parties when required, to coordinate training needs with training centers

- Ability to manage complex scenarios and acquire multiple stakeholder inputs to deliver optimum results
- Comfortable working with diverse group of people in a complex technical environment
- Approachable personality, meticulous and detailed oriented as well as self-starter.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality and manage sensitive data
**Minimum working experience**:
- Preferably with at least one (01) year of experience in airline, airport or ground handling environment.
**Education**:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Conversant with Business Continuity and Emergency response Procedures
- Familiar with crew, schedule and engineering limitations and impacts.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
