**1. Job Purpose**

Exchange 106 is positioned as Malaysia’s most premium iconic commercial complex that operates and maintains 6-star hotel type services to meet the needs and expectations of Exchange 106 Tenants, their guests and Visitors.

This entails providing a _Service First Solutions Focused_ approach to addressing and anticipating the needs of all occupants with a sense of discreet urgency and diplomacy that is found in the leading hotels of the world.

The Concierge team operates on a 5-day basis over 2 shifts with a team consisting of a Head Concierge along, with twelve (12) Concierge. Concierge staff operate on a rotating roster to cover all shift. Concierge operation locations: Lobby - 2 concierges, Upper Ground - 2 concierges, Ground North - 2 concierges, Ground South - 2 concierges and L57 - 2 concierges. Concierge closing at Lobby - 2 concierges.

Be the Brand Ambassador for Exchange 106.
- Provides supervision to assigned Concierge, Door and Lobby personnel.
- Interacts with subordinates, Auxiliary Police, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Tenants and Visitors

**3. Duties and Responsibilities**
- Updates and Maintains Visitor Management system and ensures procedures to register visitors are followed and adhered to by all personnel for both Ground and Sky Lobby
- Ensure Concierge services are extended to all Tenants, their Guests and Visitors.
- Coordinates VIP arrivals and access with Tenants, Auxiliary Police and building services.
- Coordinates company and tenant VIP events and activities at Sky Lobby
- Ensure a Service First, Solutions Focus to all interactions.
- Openly engages and builds personable relationships with tenants.
- Knows, greets and anticipates tenant senior executives
- Ensures the Lobby, Main Entrance and surrounds are clean and well presented at all times.
- Assigns staff to respective work areas on a daily basis and ensures that they have the necessary materials and equipment to carry out their job.
- Supervisors the activities of the Concierge Desk staff and Doorman to ensure high standards of service, friendliness and processes are maintained using the appropriate tools and work methods.
- Immediately informs Head of Building Operations of any difficulty which may restrict the ability to meet the required standard of service, presentation and efficiency.
- Monitors the attendance records, work quality and productivity of staff under his / her supervision and reports any significant or repetitive incident of staff failing t meet acceptable standards to the Head of Building Operations.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relationships.
- Maintains appropriate standards of uniform, hygiene, appearance, posture and conduct of Concierge and Doorman personnel.
- Provides on the job training to Concierge and Doorman personnel according to set departmental standards and reports to the Head of Building Operations on formal training needs.
- Conducts job orientation for new staff.
- Monitors inventory of materials and equipment for daily operations and requests supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Reports damage or malfunction of building fixtures and facilities to the Engineering department and follows up to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Attends operations meetings, provides input and acts upon special instructions.
- Carry out assigned tasks and special projects as directed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Address guest concerns effectively and utilize feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate new tenant onboarding, including preparing welcome packs, setting up Visitor Management System (VMS) profiles, and completing iFacility registrations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
