**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Able to communicate / write in Malay and English.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential client.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Improve customer relations and expand our customer base.
- Provide a quotation to the customer in prompt manners.
- Search for prospects or opportunities and follow up on sales leads actively.
- Gather market information and feedback to improve sales performance.
- Expand overseas customer base across all platforms.
- Actively pursue possible leads/customers.
- Collect payment from the customer.
- Maintain and manage sales’ team customer’s profile.
- Manage B2B platform operation and follow up potential leads.
