Aquaculture Recirculation Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, operate and control the production processes of aquatic in land-based recirculation systems, which utilise seawater processes and the operation of pumping, aerating, heating, lighting and biofilter equipment as well as backup power systems.
- Provide methods to improve farm productions, production targets, oversee and supervise overall farm operations and provide technical know-how.
- Ensure safety protocols for all aspects of activities in the pond.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in shrimp related sector.
- Willingness to work in remote locations, for extended periods, dedicated and committed to 24/7 work environment.
- The ability to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness is an essential skills for problem solving and exercise good judgement.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, organized and sense of responsibilities.
