Technical Business Analyst

Purpose & Key accountabilities Support Feature Teams in implementation and maintenance of planned projects, initiatives and Functional maintenance, incl. coordination and support for customer and digital topics for AU/NZ (Front/Back Office), process harmonization and project prioritization. The function is also responsible for: Continuous Customer journey and digital Improvement program within AU/NZ (Front/Back Office). Skillsets and Experience - Work with Agile Masters, Sub-product owners and Feature teams to deliver process design, requirements and improvement recommendations to senior stakeholders and business SMEs. - Design presentations to present complex information to technical and non
- technical audiences in a clear, concise manner to influence and obtain buy in from key stakeholders. - Support on digital initiative and work closed with IT to define a systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom solutions, and supporting system implementation. This also includes the assessment of existing solution compatibility and define requirement to support customer journey transformation. - Generate business cases which articulate business value of digital and improvement in customer journey opportunities utilizing supporting documentation and data. Perform Proof of Concept (PoCs). - Leverage agile methodology to work with IT technology, PMQ and business teams leads to develop product backlogs and set priority. - Analyse available data based on the business opportunity. - Implement solutions including models and process integration - future state. - Support the end-to-end customer lifecycle to drive successful completion of initiatives realizing the intended business value on time and within budget through strong leadership, effective communication and issue resolution. - Support UAT, technical feasibility testing and process knowledge transfer to execution teams. - Support multiple project streams, gather data, and analyse leveraging process improvement methodologies and tools. - Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes, performance issues and any Process change activities. - Ensure the timely delivery of assignment deliverables within the agreed budget, business requirements and to quality standards. - Work flexibly and collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the impacts on their day-to-day processes, as well as the wider Operations Team. - Support the Delivery manager, Agile Master, and sub-product owners with senior leader stakeholder engagement (CEO, COO and CFO), influencing consistency of project deliverable, frameworks and tools across the region and alignment to strategic priorities.
