We are looking for a dedicated **HR Assistant** who will take charge of **foreign worker hostel operations** and assist with essential HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee welfare, compliance, and on-the-ground coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the **daily operations and maintenance of foreign worker hostels**, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct **regular hostel inspections** to ensure they meet **government regulations**, safety standards, and workers’ needs.
- Act as the **main liaison** with local authorities (e.g., JTK, MBPP, JIM) regarding hostel matters, audits, and compliance visits.
- Manage hostel occupancy records and update all worker movement (check-ins, check-outs, transfers).
- Coordinate hostel utilities, waste management, pest control, and other essential services.
- Handle hostel-related **disciplinary issues** and implement preventive measures to maintain harmonious living conditions.
- Source and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to hostels (cleaning, maintenance, repairs, food catering, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation for Immigration and other government bodies (e.g., permits, FOMEMA, renewals).
- Assist with general HR administrative functions including employee data management, onboarding, and employee welfare programs.
- Support Management in any other duties related to HR and hostel operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Property/Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, hostel/facilities management, or worker welfare roles. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
- Knowledge of Act 446, Employment Act 1955, Immigration procedures, and hostel regulations for foreign workers.
- Ability to work independently, conduct site visits, and manage day-to-day issues at hostels.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
