**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media, responding to basic inquiries and positive interactions with followers.
- Assists in creating engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Assists in producing ideas for content and strategies based on insights from market and industry trends.
- Assists in social media activities to align with the overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Support the Marketing department in managing online communities by engaging with followers and assisting with audience engagement initiatives.

**Desired skills and requirements**:

- **Experience **at least 1 year in marketing and social media.
- **Important -** Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (such as CapCut) is a plus.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and experience using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice according to the brand.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A passion for social media and staying updated on industry trends.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow in a digital marketing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
