Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment and machinery in the upstream area.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and calibration as required.
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate abnormalities to engineers or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Participate in training and development programs to upgrade skills and technical knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- _Education:_ Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- _Experience:_ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a production/manufacturing environment; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- _Skills:_ Basic mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with production machinery and tools Ability to read technical drawings or manuals Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Good teamwork and communication skills
- _Physical Requirements:_ Able to work in a factory environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
