**FP&A**:

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly LE process at brand/channel/customer level
- Monthly rolling forecast update and PNL projections;
- Prepare monthly actual vs budget vs LY PNL by brand/channel/customer; profitability analysis to internal stakeholders;
- Proper control sets on trade spending, A&P and OH spending;
- Work closely with HQ on BW (reporting tool) and maintain the data accuracy monthly;
- Manage & monitor country KPI deliveries (NS, NPBT, debtors days, overdue, stock day);
- GP analysis on non-contractual orders;
- Review the business plan for a new brand and make P&L to evaluate the profitability;
- Key participant on any ad-hoc project to be implemented internally;
- Advise on custom and other legal risks

**Finance Operations**:

- Prepare financial statements and monthly management reporting timely (D5);
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure completeness of data, timely and accurately, including collaborating with Centre of Excellence on all finance operations matters.
- Manage monthly cashflow and rolling free cash flow projections.
- Participate in inventory control through reviewing sales forecast, follow up on Stock Obsolescence and write-offs.
- Full accountability on compliance matters such as auditing, tax and alignment to HQ policies.
- Coordinate with corporate legal for compliance;

**Requirements**:
Knowledge and Skills
- Good command of SAP
- Strong analytical skill with excellent excel skill sets;
- High commitment with good deliverables;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to meet business changing needs;
- Detail minded, positive working attitude and passionate on project management;
- Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure;
- Definite advantage of SAP & BW reporting

Relevant Experience & Education/Training
- University graduated with major in Accountancy, Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, AICPA, CMA is preferred)
- Above 7 years’ experience in finance profession
- Working experience in FMCG/retail and import trading is preferred, and/or experience working in Australia or Australian companies.

Language
- Good command of both written and spoken English
