Job Summary / 工作概述
The Restaurant QA & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service during meal periods, and delivering VIP dining service.

The role ensures operational compliance with food safety and service standards, maintains smooth administrative operations, and upholds an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Quality Assurance (QA) / 质量管理
- Conduct daily quality checks on food presentation, temperature, and taste.
每日检查食品的外观、温度和口味。
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
确保遵守食品安全、卫生及清洁标准。
- Monitor service procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.
监督服务流程,确保一致性和高水准。
- Identify and report any non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
发现并报告任何不合格事项,并跟进纠正措施。
- Provide training on food safety and work safety.
进行食品安全和工作安全培训。
Administration / 行政管理
- Manage and maintain daily operational reports and records.
管理和维护每日运营报告和记录。
- Prepare and file documents, including invoices, service reports, and menus.
准备并归档文件,包括发票、服务报告和菜单。
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff during meal periods and events.
协助安排和协调用餐时段及活动的员工工作。
- Handle procurement-related administrative tasks as required.

Customer Service / 客户服务
- Greet and assist customers during meal periods with prompt and professional service.
在用餐时段迎接并协助顾客,提供及时且专业的服务。
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
有效处理顾客反馈并解决服务问题。
- Ensure smooth customer flow and seating arrangements.
确保顾客流动及座位安排顺畅。
- Provide recommendations and menu explanations when required.
必要时提供菜单推荐和讲解。
Support VIP Dining Service / 贵宾餐饮服务
- Support VIP dining service when needed.
根据需要提供贵宾餐饮服务支持。
- Maintain professional etiquette and discretion at all times.
随时保持专业礼仪及保密性。
Job Requirements / 职位要求
- Prior experience in QA, restaurant administration, or F&B operations.
至少两年质量管理、餐厅行政或餐饮运营相关工作经验。
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
良好的中英文沟通能力。
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
出色的客户服务能力,注重细节。
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
能在压力下工作并同时处理多项任务。
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
熟悉食品安全及卫生法规。

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 7:30pm (1.5 hours break).
