- To collect and submit required invoices, bills, and other related materials during operations.
- To coordinate external service companies, such as utilities, telecom, security, logistics, cleaning, etc., to support operation.
- To interact with government branches and certification bodies, to support operation projects such as government permissions, 3rd-party certifications.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIREMENT
- Fluent in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin would be added advantage.
- A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
