Customer Technical Support Team Leader

**Responsibilities**:
- Familiar with PCB processes and capable of proposing solutions to common issues.
- Able to independently analyse the causes of quality issues and compile technical reports.
- Promote company products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
- Provide technical support at customer sites.
- Analyse quality issues and determine responsibility while proposing improvement plans.
- Assist with departmental management tasks.
- Must be able to travel either oversea or within Malaysia upon requested
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experiences in PCB related field eg: Process Engineer/ Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction.
- Added advantage: Familiar with PCB’s material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc).
- Good verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)

- 50% (preferred)
