**Job Summary**:
**Job Responsibility**:
- Automate reporting processes as needed by the team and the company.
- Assist superior in provide administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient operation of the office, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense reports, and invoice processing.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately.
- Perform any ad-hoc task required by superior.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 or 2 years of admin experience (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Diploma in Office Management or equivalent; associate is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle deadline
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
