Drum and Musical Instrument Sales Advisor

**Responsibilities**

**Sales and Customer Assistance**

**Customer Engagement**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right instruments and accessories.
- Provide expert advice on drums and other musical instruments, explaining features, benefits, and options.

**Product Demonstrations**
- Demonstrate the use and sound of various instruments, particularly drums, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Offer hands-on assistance for customers trying out instruments.

**Product Knowledge and Inventory Management**

**Product Expertise**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of drums, percussion instruments, and other musical instruments sold in the store.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements in musical instruments.

**Inventory Control**
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks.
- Help with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing backstock.

**Merchandising**
- Ensure instruments are displayed attractively and organized logically.
- Set up promotional displays for new arrivals, sales, and special events.

**Customer Relationships and Support**

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

**Customer Service**
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide after-sales support, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance advice.

**Additional Responsibilities**

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding customer needs, feedback, and inventory status.

**Professional Development**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Reporting**
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
