**JOB OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal

engaging learning environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive

development of preschool-aged students. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for

planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, assessing children's

progress, and maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom setting.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Curriculum Planning**:

- Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with

early childhood education standards.
- Plan and organize daily activities that promote learning, socialization, and individual

development.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment conducive to

learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions among

students.

**Instruction and Engagement**:

- Facilitate learning through play, structured activities, and hands-on experiences.
- Encourage active participation and engagement in class activities.

**Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments of students' development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's achievements and areas

for improvement.

**Individualized Support**:

- Identify and address the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
- Provide additional support or challenges as needed to ensure each child's success.
**Parent Communication**:

- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents through regular

meetings, newsletters, and conferences.
- Address parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other preschool staff to create a cohesive and supportive

teaching team.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and

stay current with best practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent

experience).
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
