Kitchen Helper

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized.
- Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables).
- Assist with basic cooking under the guidance of other cooks.
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
- Check quality of ingredients.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety practice and to work in a tidy manner at all times.
- To carry out periodic cleaning in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
- To dispose of kitchen garbage as and when necessary, and clean waste bins at the end of each shift.

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience would be a plus.
- SPM or more is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must be able to work on weekends and on public holidays when needed.
- Familiar with Food Health and Safety Standards.
- A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A professional attitude with strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary Range: RM1,700.00 to RM1,900.00 + OT
