**We’re looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate to join us as a Customer Service (Sales) **
If you're confident handling customer inquiries through **chat and calls**, and you’re excited about closing sales online — this role is for you
You'll be engaging with customers, answering questions, and turning conversations into conversions via online platforms.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Required to do sales while build a long lasting relationship with customers.
- Engage with the customers through online platforms (WhatsApp Business) to provide assistance.
- Follow up with the customers regarding product purchase and encourage them to repeat our products.
- Provide products knowledge or information and advices for helpful recommendations.
- Conduct outbound calls to our existing and potential customers
- Assist ad-hoc tasks from the team leader.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Passionate in doing sales and have spirit to success in achieving goals.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Required language**:Bahasa Melayu** is a **MUST**
