F&b Area Supervisor

As an F&B Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of your assigned outlets. Your primary responsibilities include guiding and developing the outlet service teams, maintaining excellent operational standards, and supporting the outlets in achieving their business objectives. You will serve as a crucial link between the management team and the outlet teams, driving overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations Management**: Take full responsibility for the daily operations of your assigned outlets, ensuring all activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient and seamless execution.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Be responsible for the recruitment, training, guidance, and coaching of outlet service staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment. Regularly evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and necessary counseling, and implement disciplinary measures when required.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor and analyze outlet operational data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corresponding action plans to enhance overall outlet performance.
- **Standards Implementation and Maintenance**: Ensure strict adherence to the company's Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, and food safety and hygiene regulations across all outlets. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet environment.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Maintain close communication and collaboration with various head office departments (such as Marketing, Procurement, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure effective information flow and rational resource allocation.
- **Problem Solving**: Address various issues and emergencies that arise in outlet operations promptly and take effective measures to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
- **Area Supervision and Support**: Conduct regular site visits to assigned outlets to understand operational status, provide necessary support and guidance, and ensure the sharing of best practices among outlets.
- **Management Support**: Execute other tasks and projects assigned by the Management and report work progress and issues encountered in a timely manner.
- **Flexibility**: Be able to travel between assigned outlets as required by business needs.
- **Other Duties**: Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess 3 Years of relevant experience in F&B management or supervisory roles, with a good understanding of outlet operational processes.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
- Familiar with F&B Standard Operating Procedures, food safety, and hygiene management regulations.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle various challenges in operations.
- Possess excellent customer service awareness and a customer-centric work attitude.
- Proficient in using Excel,Words,F&B Pos System.
- Possess a **Diploma or higher educational background**.
- Willingness to travel between different outlets as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
