**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drive Sales & Customer Satisfaction**
- Lead your team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Create an engaging, customer-first environment where shoppers feel welcome.
- Provide training on product knowledge and customer service to elevate the shopping experience.

**Merchandising & Store Presentation**
- Bring our brand to life with consistent, eye-catching visual displays and organized merchandise.
- Set up promotions and displays that attract customers and showcase key products.

**Team Leadership**
- Oversee and ensure team well being and standard of work.
- Support and guide your team to achieve goals while fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff to ensure they thrive and contribute to the store’s success.
- Ensure staff are in compliance with company policies.

**Operational Excellence**
- Maintain inventory controls, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and address any operational concerns promptly.

**Mall Partnership**
- Serve as our store’s point of contact with Mall management, coordinating on events, promotions, and leasing activities.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events that align with mall-wide activities and draw customer attention.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education Background**:Degree or equivalent

**Experience**: At least 2 years in a supervisory or outlet management role in fashion retail.

**Additional**: Must have own transport and able to converse conversationaly in Engligh and Bahasa Melayu.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Customer-focused mindset with a good understanding of retail business management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Experience with retail management software is a plus.
