**Job Title**:
Automation Specialist (n8n / Workflow Automation)

**About Us**

We are a fast-growing **Marketing Agency & Multimedia Studio** based in Malaysia.
Our mission is to streamline and automate marketing operations, research, and internal workflows

We are now looking for an **Automation Specialist** who can help us build, optimize, and manage automation systems using tools such as **n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms**.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using **n8n** and other automation tools
- Work closely with our marketing & operations team to identify tasks and processes that can be automated
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing automations to ensure smooth operations
- Provide documentation and training for internal teams to understand automated systems
- Collaborate on new ideas to improve efficiency across the agency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with **n8n** or other workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Familiarity with **APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python preferred)**:

- Understanding of marketing workflows, CRM, or project management tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into automated solutions
- Good communication skills in English (team collaboration required)
