**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading supplier of internationally renowned infant, children, and maternity products, known for their high quality, safety, and practicality. They distribute to a wide network of retailers, including major department stores, specialty chains, independent retailers, and online platforms. Committed to creating a better future for families with babies and kids in Hong Kong and Macau, they strive to bring the best products to their customers.

They are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and high-caliber talent to join their marketing team. As a **Marketing & E-Commerce Officer**, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing and optimizing their online store.

**Major Job Scope**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online store.
- Plan and coordinate social media activities, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends, implementing new strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and support the design of visual materials, including digital content, print materials, exhibitions, and displays as needed.

**Ad-hoc Job Scope**:

- Execute marketing plans and activities for assigned brands.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, Branding or business related disciplines
- 1-3 years’ experience in retail, consumer goods & e-Commerce industry are preferable
- Must-Have Skills:
1. **Proficiency in using the Shopify e-commerce platform.**

2. **Experience in social media management and digital/performance marketing.**

3. **Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop for content creation.**
- Bonus Skills:
1. Strong writing techniques and content creation skills

2. Knowledge of Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.

3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

4. Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills.

5. Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
