1)Plan and supervise daily building system maintenance operations with the technician team (Related to Mechanical Department).

2)Respond and take action to any emergencies that occur or are reported as per Service level of agreement (SLA).

3)Perform various planning tasks, major and minor repairs.

4)Prepare reports on planned preventive maintenance (PPM).

5)Supervise and plan work for technician day-to-day maintenance, and make sure plan preventive maintenance is done accordingly onsite not just tick without any proper checking or inspections.

6)Order and maintain a regular inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

7)Deliver all the instructions by the engineer or FM and check the completed work.

8)Receive complaint details (Work Order), get confirmation (verification), and return the Work Order to the Help-desk Operator after the repair work has been done.

9)Implementing excellent work habits and a safe workplace environment.

10)To manage with the technician team to achieve the target of monthly Self findings and to control machinery and equipment accordingly to prevent NCR and ensure all is well functioning.

Supporting Task

11)To implement Company General Rules and regulations at all times.

12)To ensure and monitor all planned activities are carried out efficiently complying with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 41001:2018.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).

Good communication skills. Microsoft Office skills.

Able to work productively with mínimal supervision, result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability, resourceful, and has a high sense of urgency to complete tasks within deadlines.
